The Account Manager will be responsible of the campaign performance success providing product support to the Sales Managers and also ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Provide great service experience to clients based on the correct implementation and delivery of the campaigns and their reports.
  • Make plans and quotes to clients and agencies by selecting the appropriate formats for each campaign.
  • Inventory check
  • Troubleshoot and solve clients issues
  • Consolidation and submission of reports.
  • Ensure the correct delivery of the campaigns
  • Send campaign screenshots to clients.
  • Follow up campaigns performance with advertisers and media agencies guaranteeing delivery and up selling.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with media agencies, key and multinational clients.
  • Provide support to sales manager
  • Produce campaign reports.
  • Teach advertisers/agencies about the use of the products ads platform


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Advanced skills of Microsoft Excel
  • Digital advertising and branding platforms knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online advertising
  • English level: advanced
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Ability to work effectively and independently
