The Account Manager will be responsible of the campaign performance success providing product support to the Sales Managers and also ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide great service experience to clients based on the correct implementation and delivery of the campaigns and their reports.
- Make plans and quotes to clients and agencies by selecting the appropriate formats for each campaign.
- Inventory check
- Troubleshoot and solve clients issues
- Consolidation and submission of reports.
- Ensure the correct delivery of the campaigns
- Send campaign screenshots to clients.
- Follow up campaigns performance with advertisers and media agencies guaranteeing delivery and up selling.
- Build and develop strong relationships with media agencies, key and multinational clients.
- Provide support to sales manager
- Produce campaign reports.
- Teach advertisers/agencies about the use of the products ads platform
Skills and Experience Required:
- Advanced skills of Microsoft Excel
- Digital advertising and branding platforms knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online advertising
- English level: advanced
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Passionate about social media and music
