Gaston Taratuta is the founder and CEO of IMS with more than ten years of experience in the online advertising field. Gaston began his career as Sales General Manager in Universo Online (UOL) and in only two years became the President of UOL-E Corp., a subsidiary of UOL. In 2005, Gaston founded IMS Internet Media Services, Inc, which today has over 45 employees. Gaston holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Florida International University and a Certificate of Participation from the Graduate program at Stanford University. Ignacio Vidaguren joins IMS as the new COO, responsible for expanding IMS’ products and services, developing new revenue opportunities and overseeing the company’s day-to-day business operations. Ignacio’s background includes an 11-year career at MercadoLibre (NSDQ: MELI) where he served in several executive positions dedicated to sales, marketing and business development and 5 years at McKinsey and Co. Ignacio holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a dual degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Universidad Catolica Argentina, where he was Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian of his class. Ignacio is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Maren Lau is responsible for identifying business opportunities including new markets, developing additional services and improving technologies to further develop the company’s strategic objectives. Maren has worked in strategy and business development for American Express and Hill & Knowlton out of New York. She also has extensive experience in corporate development for Latin American media and technology companies. Maren graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Maren is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Moraly Arroyo is responsible for strategic financial management and overseeing all finances for IMS and its subsidiaries. Moraly cultivated her financial expertise while ascending the corporate ranks at media conglomerates headquartered in New York City, including CBS News and Showtime Networks. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Asset and Yield management from New York University. Moraly is based in Miami, Fl.

Steve Oppenheim is responsible for maintaining IMS corporate records and official minute book, and assisting with corporate development and strategic planning, involving all aspects of IMS’ global business, particularly as relating to legal, corporate structuring and tax issues. He previously served as Company Secretary of Universo Online’s USA subsidiary. Steve holds both a Juris Doctor Law Degree and a BBA Business Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami. Steve is based in Miami, Fl.
